Ladies Thursday Club.

The pans were hot and conversation too as we shared our passion for local seasonal produce.  Cooking a delicious carrot soup from the 'Wolds', rare breed fillet steak, pan fried spinach, purple sprouting and creamed potatoes with whole grain mustard.  A meal made complete with a lovely helping of caramelised English Coxes Apples with honey and cream.
 

I enjoyed meeting everyone immensely and wish them all well,
on their path to a renewed vigour for sourcing, utilising,
preparing and eating fresh, local, seasonal produce.
