On my travels I have talked and cooked for many, in some very interesting places none less so than the coal wharf in Croperdy.  On arrival I was ushered into the most spectacular mini picture house complete with Victorian Styled seating and an array of lighting and an atmosphere which combined the spirit of its creator and that of the community for which it was created.  Ladies arrived a buzzed with conversation and complete with wine and nibbles provided by our hosts. I embarked on a journey of my love and passion for the countryside and its larder.  Many questions were asked and much attention paid to the work that echoed from the walls.

My lasting memory of the evening was Emma Jefferies
 standing boldly to say
 "Just tell me what I can do, I too want to make a difference,
I want to glow when I speak just as you do."
